Why we started
In many communities, bodaboda customers face two tough options: pay a high upfront cost or go without a reliable device. We set out to provide a better path one that allows customers to pay over time, while maintaining a strong verification and servicing process that helps prevent over-borrowing and supports long-term repayment success.
Our journey so far
Our growth has been guided by one principle: build the operating model before scaling volume. That means investing in the “boring but important” foundations KYC discipline, approval controls, fulfilment checks, repayment schedule accuracy, collections governance, and clear escalation paths for exceptions and disputes.
